The Opportunity (Hybrid - Toronto, Canada)

Carbon6 is looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead collaborative marketing initiatives with our strategic partners, aimed to amplify brand presence, drive lead generation, and accelerate revenue growth. 


Reporting into the Product Marketing team, this role requires a strategic thinker and strong collaborator who can work across marketing, partnerships, product, and external partners to create mutually beneficial programs that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Your Impact
  • Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners to enhance brand visibility, generate demand, and drive revenue growth. Align with partner managers to identify and prioritize high-impact co-marketing opportunities that support business objectives.
  • Campaign Development & Performance Optimization: Lead the planning and execution of joint marketing initiatives, including webinars, content marketing, industry events, and digital campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize engagement and ROI for both Carbon6 and its partners.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Coordinate sponsorships, content collaborations, and promotional efforts with influencers and affiliate partners to expand market reach. Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition through trusted third-party endorsements and community-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Partner Enablement & Training: Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as playbooks, product positioning guides, training decks, and pitch collateral to support partners in effectively promoting Carbon6 solutions. Ensure partners have the necessary tools and knowledge to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Partner Engagement & Communication: Establish and manage a structured communication strategy, including newsletters, dedicated webinars, and partner portals. Foster long-term relationships by keeping partners informed on product updates, industry trends, and co-branded marketing initiatives.
  • Review Site & Analyst Relations: Oversee Carbon6’s presence on key review sites such as G2 and TrustRadius while managing relationships with industry analysts and third-party platforms to enhance brand reputation. Implement strategies to encourage satisfied customers to share positive reviews, improving credibility and influence.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Positioning: Leverage insights from review sites, analyst reports, and customer feedback to refine messaging, enhance content strategy, and improve product positioning. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with evolving market demands.


Your Qualifications
  • Industry Experience & Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, or a related field within SaaS, e-commerce, or technology. A deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and co-marketing best practices in high-growth industries.
  • Go-To-Market & Partner Enablement Success: Proven track record of executing successful partner co-marketing initiatives, GTM strategies, and enablement programs that drive partner engagement and accelerate pipeline growth. Experience aligning marketing efforts with business objectives to maximize revenue impact.
  • Project Management & Multi-Tasking Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and external partners.
  • Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Optimization: Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and ensure high ROI. Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across marketing, partnerships, product, and sales teams. Ability to foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive alignment and results.
