The Opportunity (Onsite - Shenzhen, Guangdong, China)

As the Head of Revenue Operations, China, you will design and optimize the operational backbone of our revenue-generating functions in one of the most dynamic markets. This role is key to aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring scalable processes, accurate reporting, and data integrity while meeting local compliance needs. You’ll work closely with global operations to implement best practices and ensure consistency across regions while adapting strategies to the local market. Your Impact
  • Build and Manage Revenue Processes: Design and oversee workflows for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analytics to drive efficiency. 
  • Lead Change Management: Champion the adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and Roll Out Processes: Create and implement scalable processes that support sales teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Global Operations: Partner with the central ops team to align on best practices, systems, and reporting frameworks.
  • Own Reporting and Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts using advanced tools (e.g., Excel, Sheets, BI tools) to guide decision-making.
  • Drive Data Integrity: Establish standards for CRM usage and ensure accurate, reliable data across all systems, working in partnership with global teams.
  • Equip Teams for Success: Deliver training, tools, and documentation to enable high performance while ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Ensure Compliance: Align business activities with local regulations and proactively mitigate risks through collaboration with central operations and engineering.
  • Support Strategic Planning: Provide actionable insights through forecasting and performance reporting, working closely with finance, sales, and global leadership.


Your Qualifications
  • Strong Operational Expertise: 7+ years in revenue operations, business operations, or enablement, ideally in software or technology.
  • Advanced Data Skills: Expert in spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets), reporting, and dashboards; experience with analytics and BI tools is a must.
  • Process Design Mastery: Proven ability to create and implement scalable processes that drive efficiency and accountability.
  • Global Collaboration Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global teams, ensuring alignment and consistency across regions.
  • China Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local operational challenges and regulatory requirements.
  • CRM and Systems Proficiency: Experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ensuring data quality.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled at interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Proficient in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and documentation skills.
