The Opportunity (Onsite - Shenzhen, Guangdong, China)
We are looking for a Cross-Border E-Commerce Advertising Manager (Job Title: Customer Success Manager: PixelMe) to join our Customer Success team in Shenzhen, China. You will deeply engage in and manage advertising campaigns for our Amazon seller clients across platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok, helping them achieve higher advertising ROI.

Your Impact- Work closely with the sales team to introduce and promote our PixelMe advertising software service to clients.
- Develop comprehensive advertising strategies based on client product analysis.
- Set up and manage client ad campaigns, regularly report performance, and make optimization adjustments.
- Design and execute ad optimization strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Monitor and analyze ad data, identify issues promptly, and propose improvements to maximize ad performance.
- Collaborate closely with client teams to align ads, website content, and other marketing efforts.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
- Provide specialized services for Amazon sellers running Google Ads campaigns to Amazon, enhancing ad effectiveness.
Your Qualifcations- At least 1+ years of experience in ad management on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- At least 1+ years of experience in Amazon store operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to conduct detailed ad performance analysis.
- Experience in optimizing ad strategies to improve ROI. Prior success in achieving high sales and strong ROI is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), enabling effective collaboration with overseas colleagues in virtual meetings.
- Strong customer service mindset, with a passion for working closely with clients to optimize ad performance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
