1. Acceptance of Terms


By using ecommerce.jobs, you agree to:

2. Description of Services


ecommerce.jobs is a platform where:

a) Employers can post job listings, search resumes, and connect with potential candidates.

b) Job seekers can search for job opportunities, create profiles, upload resumes, and apply for positions.

c) Both parties can communicate through our messaging system.


In addition to the job board services, Casis Recruitment Group Ltd. provides:

a) Direct recruitment services for employers.

b) Candidate services including LinkedIn and resume optimization, networking assistance, and career coaching.

c) Employer brand services that are outsourced to third-party providers.


The platform operates using third-party software and a Content Management System (CMS) provided by an external service provider.


3. User Accounts


3.1 Account Creation

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.


3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your credentials.


4. Payments and Refunds


4.1 For Employers

Employers are responsible for paying fees associated with job postings, subscriptions, and recruitment services. The following terms apply:

a) All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

b) Subscription plans are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.

c) We reserve the right to change our pricing structure with 30 days' notice.

d) Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.


4.2 For Job Seekers

Our job board services are free for Job Seekers. There are no fees for browsing or applying to job postings.


4.3 Candidate Services

For candidate services provided by Casis Recruitment Group:

a) All services, including LinkedIn and resume optimization, networking assistance, and career coaching, are non-refundable.

b) Candidates may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the original time.

c) There are no refunds for no-shows.

d) We may occasionally outsource these services to contractors. In such cases, we are not liable for the conduct of these contractors.


5. User Conduct


Users agree to use the Site in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

a) Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

b) Harassing, discriminating against, or defaming other users.

c) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems.

d) Using the Site for any illegal activities or to promote such activities.

e) Interfering with the proper functioning of the Site or attempting to bypass our security measures.


6. Responsibilities and Liabilities


6.1 Our Responsibilities

We are responsible for:

a) Providing a functional and secure platform for job postings and applications.

c) Addressing technical issues and user concerns in a timely manner.

a) The accuracy or completeness of job postings or user profiles.

b) The outcome of any job application or hiring process.

c) Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

d) Content posted by users or third-party websites linked from our Site.

e) Interruptions in service due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

f) The performance, content, or outcomes of third-party services displayed on the Site, including outsourced employer brand services.

g) The conduct of contractors when candidate services are outsourced.


7. Privacy and Data Protection


We follow GDPR (for EU users) and PIPEDA (for Canadian users) to protect your personal data. While our CMS provider is ultimately responsible for the storage and management of data held on the platform, we also hold your data and are committed to its protection. We do not sell or share your information outside of Casis Recruitment Group Ltd., including ecommerce.jobs.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
