Casis Careers is a boutique, founder-led recruitment firm that partners with fast-growing companies across ecommerce, Shopify tech, and digital-first brands. We’ve helped build teams for top Shopify apps, agencies, and DTC powerhouses — placing talent in product, marketing, operations, engineering, and leadership roles.

As we grow, we’re looking for a Recruiter who thrives in a performance-driven environment, enjoys sourcing hard-to-reach talent, and wants a seat at the table as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for roles in ecommerce, product, marketing, and tech
• Proactively source, qualify, and engage passive candidates through your own network, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and beyond
• Work closely with the founder (Carl) to understand client needs and present top-tier candidates
• Use creative sourcing strategies — think GitHub, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Slack communities, and anywhere great talent hangs out
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and long-term candidate relationships
• Keep our ATS organized and up to date with all candidate activity
• Refine outreach messaging, experiment with different tools, and test what works

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong sourcing chops — you know how to find talent, not just screen inbound
• Comfort reaching out cold and building trust quickly
• Sharp communicator and excellent follow-through
• Comfortable in a remote, startup-style environment
• Familiarity with ecommerce, SaaS, or tech recruiting is a major plus
• Bonus: you’ve built your own network and can tap into it immediately

Compensation & Commission

💸 Base Salary: $70,000 CAD
📈 Commission Structure:

• You earn 60% of the commission for roles where you source and place the candidate
• You earn 30% if the candidate is provided to you (inbound, referral, etc.) and you place them
• Casis brings in all the business — you focus on execution

💼 Our fee is 20% of base salary, typically on roles in the $100K–$150K range.

📊 On-Target Earnings (OTE):

• Place 1–2 roles per month: $110K–$150K+
• Top performers can earn well beyond that
