Overview
As a Product Owner at Recharge, you’ll play a key role in executing our product roadmap and bringing our vision to life. Working closely with a senior product manager, you will collaborate with design and engineering teams and help drive product development from concept through launch. Additionally, you will partner with our Product Support and Product Marketing teams to facilitate smooth product rollouts and adoption.
What you'll do
- Understand and articulate customer needs through direct customer conversations, product analytics, and market research.
- Work with Product Managers and designers to define and validate user experiences.
- Help refine and clarify product requirements to ensure the end product meets our merchants’ needs.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of product features and requirements optimized for impact to ensure that we're consistently delivering the most value in the shortest amount of time.
- Partner with our Product Support and Product Marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches.
- Work with our Data team to define and track success metrics for our products and features.
What you'll bring
- Typically, 2+ years of experience at a SaaS provider in Product Management, Product Design, Solution Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
- Proven ability to take on well-defined problems, collaborate on defining product requirements, and work with engineering and design on incrementally working through the requirements.
- Strong analysis, process, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to cater messaging to a broad set of audiences
- Proven track record of effective customer communication, with an emphasis on understanding customer needs and the contexts in which they arise
- Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, advanced Excel, and Product Management tools such as Jira
- Experience in e-commerce is a plus

Recharge’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. Salary ranges are designed to be competitive and aligned with country specific practices, while individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. The compensation listed is not inclusive of any equity and benefits that might exist in your total compensation package.
